Before we go any further, I want to be clear about something. Peptides are precision tools. And precision tools work best on a solid foundation.

Why Foundation Comes First

If your sleep is broken, your gut is inflamed, your micronutrients are depleted, and your stress response is stuck in overdrive — adding peptides into that environment is like trying to renovate a house with a cracked foundation. — Gut integrity supported (reduce inflammatory foods, address dysbiosis)
— Key micronutrients in range (magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, B vitamins)
— Chronic stress load reduced where possible

Once that base is in place, peptides become exponentially more effective. That's the sequence. That's always been the sequence.
