By accessing or using the SEVYN platform at sevyn.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Educational Platform Disclaimer
SEVYN is an educational health optimisation platform. All content — including courses, articles, protocols, community posts, and AI-generated analyses — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities
- —You must be 18 years of age or older to use SEVYN
- —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- —You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute any SEVYN course content
- —You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- —You are solely responsible for any health decisions you make based on content consumed on SEVYN
- —You agree to consult a qualified medical practitioner before starting any new health protocol
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Access to paid courses and programmes is granted upon successful payment.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund on self-paced courses if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Guided member-pathway deposits are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. To request a refund, contact ted@sevyn.com.au.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on SEVYN — including course material, protocols, articles, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of SEVYN and Ted McGill. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Your personal health data remains your property. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SEVYN and Ted McGill are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or implementation of any health protocol.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
