SEVYN is a premium health optimisation platform operated by Ted McGill. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and care. This policy applies to all users of sevyn.club and related services.

Account Information

Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.

Health Data

Information you voluntarily provide through our health questionnaire, weekly check-ins, wearable device integrations (Oura, Garmin, WHOOP), and direct consultations with Ted. This may include biometric data, sleep data, HRV scores, and health goals.

Payment Information

Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. SEVYN does not store your card details. We retain transaction records for billing and legal compliance.

Usage Data

Course progress, community interactions, and platform activity to improve your experience.

3. How We Use Your Data

—To deliver the SEVYN platform and personalised health programme
—To generate AI-assisted health analysis and insights
—To communicate with you about your programme, courses, and platform updates
—To process payments and manage your subscription
—To improve the platform and create better educational content

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement access controls to ensure only authorised personnel can access client data.

Health data is treated with the highest level of sensitivity. It is never sold to third parties, used for advertising, or shared without your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights

Under Australian Privacy law, you have the right to:

—Access the personal information we hold about you
—Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
—Request deletion of your account and associated data
—Withdraw consent for data processing (where applicable)
—Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

—Supabase — data storage and authentication
—Anthropic / Claude — AI health analysis (data is not retained by Anthropic)
—Vercel — website hosting

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Australia and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
