About

The team behind SEVYN.

Four coaches. Decades of combined experience. One shared conviction: precision beats guesswork, every time.

The Origin

From Community Trust to a Higher Health Standard

Ted McGill spent 15 years in the trenches of real-world health optimisation — not behind a desk writing protocols, but actually applying them. He is the founder of Australia's largest human optimisation medical clinic community, built from a single idea into a trusted movement of more than 150,000 people seeking clearer answers, better standards, and practical education beyond generic health advice.

The community grew because Ted operated differently. He didn't deal in hype. He didn't sell hope. He tested rigorously, sourced data obsessively, and shared only what the evidence — and his own experience — supported.

After creating SEVYN, Ted knew that building something truly world-class required more than one perspective. He believed that Adam Clayton and Sam Mower — two of the most credentialled and experienced coaches he had encountered across his career — were an integral part of what SEVYN needed to be. Both have been brought on not simply as coaches, but as co-founders: equal partners in the vision, the standards, and the mission of this platform.

Why SEVYN Exists

The Question the Community Always Asked

After years of running group programmes and publishing research, a single question came up again and again from members: “Can I just work with you directly?”

SEVYN is Ted's answer. It is not a templated course, a generic health programme, or another content library. It is a premium human optimisation platform built to translate education, assessment, community, and guided implementation into a standard members can be proud to live by.

The goal is not more information for its own sake. The goal is better decisions, better sequencing, and a clearer pathway from insight into action — supported by people who understand the full system.

The Approach

Science-Backed. Individually Applied.

Ted's approach spans every domain that meaningfully moves the needle: nutrition, exercise programming, peptide therapy, supplementation, sleep architecture, stress management, wearable data interpretation, recovery technology, and implementation systems.

What differentiates SEVYN is not the breadth of tools — it's the sequencing. Ted understands that the right intervention at the wrong time, or in the wrong context, can be actively harmful. Every recommendation follows a foundation-first principle: address the fundamentals before layering advanced interventions.

Ted McGill

Fifteen years. Founded and exited Australia's largest human optimisation medical clinic. Now building the next standard.

Founder & longevity strategist, SEVYN

Ted McGill — Founder & longevity strategist, SEVYN

Ted McGill founded and exited BIOV8 — Australia's largest human optimisation medical clinic — with a community of over 150,000 members. Fifteen years in the trenches of real-world health, working with high-performers across executive leadership, professional sport, and creative industries.

He is also founder and CEO of MediHealthcare Global — the global infrastructure for intelligent healthcare. Launching in two months, five years in the making.

At SEVYN, Ted's expertise sits at the intersection of three domains: longevity medicine, peptide protocols, and biomarker optimisation. Adjacent areas — sleep architecture, nutrition sequencing, exercise programming, recovery protocols — he integrates from peers, the literature, and from years of working alongside the practitioners who set the standard in each field.

What sets Ted's approach apart is not breadth. It's sequencing. The right intervention at the wrong time, or in the wrong context, can be actively harmful. Every SEVYN protocol follows a foundation-first principle: address the fundamentals before layering advanced interventions. Members don't get a peptide stack before they have a sleep score. They don't get a longevity protocol before they have a biomarker baseline.

The Seven Pillars framework — SEVYN's foundation — is built on the López-Otín Hallmarks of Aging research (2023), adapted for behavioural application by anyone willing to do the work.

Your health isn't a problem to be fixed — it's a system to be optimised.

Adam Clayton

Elite performance, translated for everyone else.

Co-founder & performance coach, SEVYN

Adam Clayton — Co-founder & performance coach, SEVYN

Adam Clayton spent his early career at the elite end of sport — playing tennis on scholarship at the University of Central Oklahoma, coaching at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, and assistant-coaching at college level. He knows what high performance looks like when there's a result on the line.

What sets Adam apart at SEVYN is what he does with that experience. Elite performance is not reserved for elite athletes. The principles that separate a college tennis player from a recreational one — disciplined recovery, intelligent programming, performance nutrition, evidence-based progression — are the same principles that separate a fifty-year-old who feels twenty years younger from one who doesn't.

Adam's specific expertise: strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, kettlebell mechanics, and peptide integration. He is certified by the Precision Health Alliance with specialist training in phenotype evaluation. His role at SEVYN is to translate elite-performance methodology into protocols that work for high-performing adults who are not professional athletes.

He directs Manly Beach Health Club, where SEVYN's training methodology is tested in practice every day.

Elite performance is not reserved for elite athletes. It's built one disciplined decision at a time.

Sam Mower

Elite athlete. Exercise physiologist. The science of why most programmes fail.

Co-founder & exercise physiologist, SEVYN

Sam Mower — Co-founder & exercise physiologist, SEVYN

Sam Mower has been in the trenches of real-world health for twenty years and he's still not bored. Elite rower at international level. Captain of NSW Schoolboys rugby. Australian U19 Barbarians. He competed hard, trained harder, and figured out early that what works in a high-performance environment is not what most people get taught in a gym.

He's an Exercise Physiologist out of the University of Sydney — but the credential isn't the point. The point is what he's done with it. Sam built the corporate wellness programs for Commonwealth Bank, Optus, Channel 10, NSW Institute of Sport, and Men's Health Magazine. He ran the Punches and Crunches boxing program with Men's Health for three years. He taught fitness leaders at NSW TAFE. He co-opened Manly Beach Health Club with Adam, and he's been on the gym floor every day since.

What sets Sam apart is the combination. He'll get into the books and deep-dive a topic until he understands it cold — then he takes it straight to the gym floor and tests it on himself and his clients. Theory in one hand, application in the other. That's why his clients trust him: he doesn't recommend anything he hasn't read deeply on AND tested in practice.

Sam's job at SEVYN is to make sure members actually understand what they're doing in the gym, in the kitchen, and in their recovery — because most programmes fail not because the protocol is wrong, but because the person executing it has no idea why they're doing it. Sam fixes that. Loud, direct, and with a level of energy that's contagious whether you wanted it to be or not.

His specific expertise: exercise programming, strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, applied sports science. He's currently completing a Diploma of Nutrition at Nature Care College.

He also still trains every day. Don't ask if he's competitive — just watch him on a speed ball.

Stop chasing the latest programme. Learn yours, master it, then we'll talk about adding to it. That's where the wins live.

Camilla Thompson

Australia's first biohacking author. The coach who makes it stick.

Head Female Coach, SEVYN

Camilla Thompson — Head Female Coach, SEVYN

Camilla Thompson has spent close to a decade in human health optimisation — not as a side interest, but as the whole of the work. She wrote Biohack Me, Australia's first biohacking book, because she wanted the science made practical for real people. She coaches founders and leaders through exactly that: test first, then build the habits and changes that actually move the numbers.

Her method starts where SEVYN starts — test, don't guess. She reversed her own biological age by sixteen years, measured through GlycanAge. She knows the approach works because she has lived it, and she coaches it every day. Her Biohack Me Framework aligns fully with SEVYN's pillars — reinforcing the structure members already know rather than introducing a competing one.

What sets Camilla apart is where the results are actually won. Education tells people what to change; it rarely makes the change stick. Sustained behaviour change — and the clinical outcomes that follow — come from coaching: accountability, guidance, and support over time. That is the layer she leads.

As Head Female Coach, Camilla turns SEVYN's science and assessment into results members can measure — supporting them through the change until they reach the outcome. She brings twenty years of building businesses, award-winning retreats, and keynote work to the role.

Education tells people what to change. Coaching is what makes it stick.
