The Origin
From Community Trust to a Higher Health Standard
Ted McGill spent 15 years in the trenches of real-world health optimisation — not behind a desk writing protocols, but actually applying them. He is the founder of Australia's largest human optimisation medical clinic community, built from a single idea into a trusted movement of more than 150,000 people seeking clearer answers, better standards, and practical education beyond generic health advice.
The community grew because Ted operated differently. He didn't deal in hype. He didn't sell hope. He tested rigorously, sourced data obsessively, and shared only what the evidence — and his own experience — supported.
After creating SEVYN, Ted knew that building something truly world-class required more than one perspective. He believed that Adam Clayton and Sam Mower — two of the most credentialled and experienced coaches he had encountered across his career — were an integral part of what SEVYN needed to be. Both have been brought on not simply as coaches, but as co-founders: equal partners in the vision, the standards, and the mission of this platform.
Why SEVYN Exists
The Question the Community Always Asked
After years of running group programmes and publishing research, a single question came up again and again from members: “Can I just work with you directly?”
SEVYN is Ted's answer. It is not a templated course, a generic health programme, or another content library. It is a premium human optimisation platform built to translate education, assessment, community, and guided implementation into a standard members can be proud to live by.
The goal is not more information for its own sake. The goal is better decisions, better sequencing, and a clearer pathway from insight into action — supported by people who understand the full system.
The Approach
Science-Backed. Individually Applied.
Ted's approach spans every domain that meaningfully moves the needle: nutrition, exercise programming, peptide therapy, supplementation, sleep architecture, stress management, wearable data interpretation, recovery technology, and implementation systems.
What differentiates SEVYN is not the breadth of tools — it's the sequencing. Ted understands that the right intervention at the wrong time, or in the wrong context, can be actively harmful. Every recommendation follows a foundation-first principle: address the fundamentals before layering advanced interventions.
